It is indeed a happy and proud moment for me to be part of the Good Shepherd family.
A note of gratitude to all the parents who have been a pillar of strength and support to this institution. The warm and cordial welcome I received from the Management, Staff and Parent community was heart warming. In the midst of Covid 19, we have all accepted and adapted to the new normal of life. The School campus definitely is missing the naughtiness & laughter of our young children who bring life to the four walls of the campus.
Admist all there challenges we at GSPS stay positive and committed to provide the best for the benefit and development of our students and the institution. Mr Varkey Abraham Kachanathu Chairman, Dr Ruble Raj Manager, my team and I are truly indebted to you parents for the faith and trust you have reposed on us. Our endeavour will be to thrive for Excellence. Change has considerable psychological impact on the human mind. To the fearful, it is threatening because it means that things may get worse. To the hopeful, it is encouraging because things may get better. To the confident it is inspiring because the challenge exists to make things better. Obviously then one's character and frame of mind determine how readily he/she brings about change and how he/she reacts to change that could be the need of the hour. A good school leader can inspire hope and confidence in his or her staff as a change is occurring. It is role of the principal to be tenacious, be vigilant, be supportive and be patient.
I am confident that as we continue to work together in our educational community, we will make wonderful things happen for our students. Looking forward to an incredible year and I am confident that by working together we can help your child have a happy and productive year!
